Elton and Jennifer Denson are the parents of 8 children and owners of Oxcart Dreams. Elton is the chief blacksmith and Jennifer the chief “assistant”, though her specialty is more in working with copper. When they are not working together in the forge, they can be found with the children, home-schooling, gardening, or snuggled up with a good book.

Each of their children is learning to contribute to the business. Their oldest daughter does beautiful hand embroidery, another designs and creates original jewlery. One son excels in paper quilling, and one is learning the art of felting. All of them are learning bits and pieces of the blacksmithing trade, as well as the ins and outs of running a business.
